This is a 30-hour Hands-on Instructor-led course that explains in detail Project Management Tools and Methodology.

Course Objectives
Upon successful completion, the student will know how to scope projects effectively, set key milestones, improve time budgeting and resource allocation, and get the project done on time and within budget. In addition, the student will:
- be equipped with the concepts, tools, and language of project management;
- be able to manage simple to complex projects and everything in between
- practice breaking down a project into pieces that can be scheduled, tracked, and controlled.
- learn how to create effective project documentation and artifacts throughout the various phases of a project
- learn the foundations of Agile project management, with a focus on implementing Scrum events, building Scrum artifacts, and understanding Scrum roles
- practice strategic communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management through real-world scenarios
