Course Objectives
Upon successful completion, the program will provide the students with the basic knowledge of moving a project through the various phases. These phases include conceptualization, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing in accordance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). The student will be equipped with the skills needed to apply to introductory-level roles in project management; discover foundational project management terminology and gain a deeper understanding of the role and responsibilities of a project manager;
